Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the online shop operated by NICOX (the "Shop"). By using the Shop, you (the "Member") agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all matters concerning the purchase of products between the Member and the Shop.

The Shop is intended only for persons aged 20 or over. Persons under 20 may not purchase from or use the Shop.

Members represent and warrant that they are 20 years of age or older.

・Applicants must register accurate information by the method prescribed by the Shop.

・The Shop may cancel a registration if the registered information is false.

・Members are responsible for managing their own passwords and credentials.

A sales contract is formed when the Member places an order by the method prescribed by the Shop and the Shop accepts it.

Orders may not be accepted depending on stock availability and other circumstances.

Product prices, shipping fees and payment methods follow the Shop's published terms.

All prices are shown in Japanese yen, tax included.

The Shop ships products within a reasonable period after payment is confirmed.

Delays may occur depending on delivery conditions.

Conditions for returns and exchanges are as set out in the Legal Notice and the Returns & Exchanges policy.

Members must not engage in any of the following:

・Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

・Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shop

・Acts that infringe the rights of other Members or third parties

・Purchases for resale or other improper purposes

The Shop is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or communication line failures.

The Shop may change these Terms without notice to Members when it deems necessary.

Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court with jurisdiction over the Shop's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute relating to these Terms.
